Eligibility

Robinhood Gold Soccer Game Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Territories who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. If an entrant has a Robinhood brokerage account, they must also meet the following additional requirements (herein “Eligible Robinhood Account”):

• Must have a valid W9 tax certification on file with Sponsor (and not be subject to backup withholdings);
• Must not be an account holder who is on the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List; and
• Must not be an account holder with restricted or deactivated Robinhood Accounts.

In addition, employees of Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliate companies and Merkle Inc. and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

Agreement to the Official Rules

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that they have read these official rules, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any of these official rules, do not participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Timing

The Sweepstakes will open on June 9, 2026 at 12:30 PM ET and will end on June 25, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

There are 2 ways to enter this Sweepstakes.

Entry Method 1 - Must be a Robinhood Account holder and must be or become a Robinhood Gold subscriber

• If you are not a current Robinhood Gold subscriber, the Robinhood Gold subscription may be purchased by the month ($5 per month) or for a year ($50/year) and is subject to the Robinhood Gold Agreement. You must be a Robinhood Gold subscriber to enter by this entry method. Entrants may cancel their Robinhood Gold subscription thereafter; Robinhood Gold will automatically renew after 30 days or annually (depending on your subscription).
• During the Promotion Period:
• Open the Robinhood mobile app and sign in to your Account. Data rates may apply.
• Visit Settings within the app and choose Robinhood Gold. Select the Gold Rewards Giveaway tile.
• By taking this action, you agree to these Official Rules and you will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes.

Entry Method 2 - No purchase Necessary entry method (No Account or Robinhood Gold Subscription necessary)

• You can enter using this entry method with or without a Robinhood Account of any kind.
• Visit the No Purchase Necessary Promotion Site during the Promotion Period and accurately complete the registration page, including your first and last names (initials are not permitted) and a valid email address. If you have an Account, you must include the email address associated with your Account.
• By submitting the registration, you are agreeing to these Official Rules and will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes.

Entry Limits

You can receive 1 entry into Sweepstakes. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, Accounts, or any other methods, will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Sponsor will rely on the information submitted by the entrant when creating their Account. If any additional information provided by entrant is inconsistent with the information previously provided, Sponsor may disqualify such entrant, and such disqualification may result in the forfeiture of any prizes won. Sponsor, in its discretion, may require additional documentation from the entrant to show proof of the entrant’s identity.

Prize Drawing, Winner Notification, and Requirements

Sponsor will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around June 26, 2026. Its decisions as to the selection of the potential winners are final and binding. Sponsor will conduct a confidential background check and will disqualify any selected winners where it finds evidence of financial crimes or related activity, terrorist financing activity, or if they are included on the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List. The results of the background check will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of determining the winner's eligibility to receive a prize. Sponsor will notify all potential winners by email requesting each potential winner to confirm the following within 3 days of the date the notification is sent.

• Agreement to these Official Rules, including release from liability and agreement to receive an IRS 1099 reflecting the value of the prize received;
• Acceptance of the prize; and
• If a potential winner does not have a Robinhood Account, they will also be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide to timely respond with any requested information, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits the prize, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by a random drawing from among all of the remaining eligible entries. Up to 3 alternate drawings will be held (time permitting), after which the applicable prize(s) will not be awarded.

Prizes

10 Prizes are available: Each prize package include 1 ticket to the soccer game, tentatively scheduled for July 19, 2026 (the “Event”) in East Rutherford, New Jersey, 2 nights’ accommodations in a hotel (July 18-20, 2026) (1 room, double occupancy) determined by Sponsor, a $700 airline voucher (terms and conditions apply), and $200 ride share credit that can be used for ground transportation (terms and conditions apply). The Sponsor is not responsible if the Event is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason and the winner will not be reimbursed for tickets. Seating to be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Tickets may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures. By accepting a ticket prize, the winner agrees to abide by any terms, conditions and restrictions provided by the ticket, hotel, airline, and tailgate pass sponsor. The Sponsor is not responsible if the winner does not use a ticket on the day of the event. ARV of each prize is $20,000.

Total ARV: The total ARV of all prizes is $200,000

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of entries received during the Promotion Period.

Additional Prize Terms: Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided in the Sponsor’s sole discretion if the prize should become unavailable. In this case, a prize of equal or greater value to the ARV provided in these Rules will be offered. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All prize winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 reporting the fair market value of the prize(s) received where required by rules and regulations. A winner is not entitled to any difference between the ARV stated in these Rules and the actual value of the prize at the time the prize is awarded. All other costs and expenses associated with acceptance of the prize that are not expressly set forth in the prize description herein shall be solely the winner’s responsibility. Prizes will be fulfilled by the Sponsor’s prize vendor after the winner(s) completion of the prize claim requirements. Limit of 1 prize per person.

Release

By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Merkle, Inc., and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising, and promotion agencies, and all prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies, and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss, or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse, or redemption of a prize (including any injury or harm related thereto). Specifically, winners agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for loss or damage, and any claim or demand resulting from personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, their travel to and attendance of the prize event.

Winners of the prize acknowledge and represent that their participation in the prize events are voluntary and that they knowingly assume all such risks associated with such attendance.

Further, winners also agree to Indemnify the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of their attendance of the prize event, flight, and hotel stay to reimburse the Released Parties for any such expenses incurred.

Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, prize information, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, or consideration. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or publicity materials but may do so and edit such information or materials at its sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, widespread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism, cancellation of the soccer tournament or a legal demand from a third party) interferes with any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entrants who participated up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to submitting fraudulent entries, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of prizes offered as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between any other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

• Any incorrect or inaccurate information either caused by printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or provided by entrants;
• Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections to the internet, social media platforms, in phone lines or network hardware or software;
• Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the entry process;
• Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the processing of entries;
• Late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail, delayed or misdirected entries, or failure to receive entries due to limitation of third-party social network platforms;
• Entries that are erroneously deleted, lost or destroyed or corrupted. In this case, entrants sole remedy is to take the required actions to receive another entry(s) in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible; or
• Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or to the receipt, use, inability to use or misuse of any prize.

Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that:

• Sponsor and entrants agree to attempt informal resolution of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms prior to any demand for adjudication of any kind and to notify each other in writing of any such dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of when it arises. Notice to Sponsor shall be sent to support@robinhood.com. Sponsor and entrants further agree that if they cannot solve such dispute informally, any such dispute shall be finally settled in binding arbitration, on an individual basis, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s rules for arbitration of consumer-related disputes, and Sponsor and entrants hereby expressly waive trial by jury and right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class wide arbitration. The arbitration will occur, at my election, in the county of entrant’s domicile or in San Francisco, California and will be conducted confidentially by a single, neutral arbitrator. Entrants agree to bear their attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses, provided that Sponsor agrees to pay the cost of the arbitration if entrants are the prevailing party in the arbitration. The arbitrator may award any relief that a court of competent jurisdiction could award, including attorneys’ fees when authorized by law, and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court. Any dispute between the parties will be governed by this Agreement and the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide for the application of the law of another jurisdiction. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this section, Sponsor and entrants retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, database rights, and patents. In the event the prohibition on class arbitration or any other provision of this section is deemed invalid or unenforceable, then entrants agree and understand that the remaining portions of the arbitration provisions in this section will remain in full force and effect.
• Any appeals of an arbitration award and over any suit between the parties not subject to arbitration shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California or the appropriate California State Court located in San Francisco County, California except that that such disputes, claims, and causes of actions that concern an Account shall be resolved pursuant to the pre-dispute arbitration clause in the RHF-RHS Customer Account Agreement;
• Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and
• Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
• All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

Severability

If the application of any provision of these Official Rules to any particular facts or circumstances shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court, arbitration panel, or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, then:

• The validity, legality, and enforceability of such provision as applied to any other particular facts or circumstances and the other provisions of these Official Rules shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby; and
• Such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible.

In addition, if any provision contained in these Official Rules shall for any reason be held to be excessively broad as to duration, geographical scope, activity, or subject, it shall be construed by limiting and reducing it so as to be enforceable to the extent compatible with applicable law.
