As a Robinhood Wallet customer, you may have the Robinhood swap fee waived on eligible inbound swaps into Robinhood Chain for a limited time.

This benefit is available to select Robinhood Wallet customers as part of a limited-time promotion. If you have access to this benefit, you'll see it reflected when you review an eligible swap in the app.

Robinhood waives its swap fee on eligible inbound swaps with the following conditions in connection with swaps placed through the Robinhood Wallet:

Covered transactions, swapping from a supported network into Robinhood Chain:

• USDC, USDT, USDG, USDS, DAI, or USDe into USDG on Robinhood Chain
• ETH, WETH, or cbETH into ETH on Robinhood Chain

Supported origin networks: BASE, BNB Chain, Arbitrum, Polygon, Optimism, Ethereum, and Solana.

Not covered:

• Swaps out of Robinhood Chain to another network (standard Robinhood swap fee applies)
• Bitcoin or Dogecoin swaps into Robinhood Chain
• Network and third-party swap provider fees, which may still apply

There are no additional caps, limits, or frequency restrictions as long as your transaction meets the criteria above.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU ("PARTICIPANT" OR "YOU") ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your access to and participation in the $0 inbound swap fee promotion (the "Promotion"), which is operated by Robinhood Non-Custodial, Ltd. (collectively, "RHNC," "our," "us," or "we").

Eligibility: The Promotion is only available to Robinhood Wallet customers selected to participate, subject to the limitations below. RHNC may change or end the Promotion at any time without notice.

Offer: As part of the Promotion, RHNC will waive its swap fee on eligible inbound swaps as described above, for the duration of the Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, you represent and warrant that you understand and agree to the following:

• RHNC will only waive its swap fee for eligible inbound swaps placed using the in-app swap function in the Robinhood Wallet app.
• Eligible inbound swaps are limited to swaps from a supported network into Robinhood Chain, including swapping USDC, USDT, USDG, USDS, DAI, or USDe into USDG on Robinhood Chain, or ETH, WETH, or cbETH into ETH on Robinhood Chain, is eligible only when the swap originates on a supported network and settles into the corresponding asset on Robinhood Chain. Swaps in the reverse direction — i.e., out of Robinhood Chain — or swaps that do not both originate on a supported network and settle on Robinhood Chain, aren't eligible.
• Network fees and third-party provider fees aren't included in this waiver and may still apply.
• Robinhood Crypto isn't involved in, and doesn't have any responsibility for, activity on the Robinhood Wallet.
• If any applicable limits are exceeded, or your swap isn't eligible, the standard Robinhood swap fee may apply and will be shown in-app.

Limitation: RHNC reserves the right to change or restrict the Promotion terms, or terminate the Promotion, at any time without notice. RHNC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify your participation in the Promotion in RHNC's sole discretion if RHNC determines there may be circumstances indicating fraud or a violation of these Terms. The offer isn't transferable or saleable. This isn't an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where we aren't authorized to do business. Other restrictions may apply.
