If you'd like us to verify your Power of Attorney designation, follow these steps:

1. Log in (app or web)
2. Select Help
3. Select I need access to an account as a third party → Power of attorney (POA) agent

Be prepared to provide us with the following information:

• Account holder’s identifying information (name, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN).
• A color copy of the notarized or court ordered documents stating you’re now the Power of Attorney.
• A photo or color copy of the front and back of your unexpired driver's license, or other government-issued form of identification.
• A letter or legal document showing the account holder is incapacitated or otherwise unable to transact in the account.

After we receive the requested information, one of our Transitional Services representatives will begin the review process and contact you if any additional information is required.
