Robinhood Banking offers a unique way to access your money: cash delivered straight to your door. Instead of finding an ATM, eligible customers can request cash delivery directly from their checking account.

1. Go to the Banking tab → select Get cash (if available)
2. Choose your account & amount

• Cash can only be withdrawn from your Robinhood Checking account
• Choose between $200–$1,000 per order, in $200 increments ($20 bills)
• You can request up to $1,000 per day and $5,000 per month

3. Confirm delivery details

• Cash can only be delivered to the home address on file for the primary or joint account holder
• If your address was updated in the last 7 days, you won’t be able to use cash delivery for security reasons

4. Set your tip and confirm

• You’ll see the delivery fee (varies by tier)
• Optional: add a tip for the driver
• Confirm your order using Face ID, fingerprint, or device passcode

5. Track your order

• View your ETA in the app
• Once the driver arrives, you’ll receive a PIN code in the app (Only share it with the driver at the time of delivery to receive your cash)

6. Delivery complete

• Once confirmed, your cash is handed over, and the transaction appears in your Account history.

Cash delivery is currently available in select zip codes in select regions:

• New York City

We plan to add more areas in the future.

• Hours of operation: 9 AM–7 PM local timezones
• Daily limit: $1,000
• Monthly limit: $5,000
• Address changes: Not available if your residential address was updated in the last 7 days
• Primary/joint account holders only: Children can’t request delivery
• PIN confirmation required: You only get 2 attempts to provide the correct PIN, otherwise an incorrect PIN cancels the order

You can cancel anytime in the app, but refunds vary:

• Full refund: if cancelled due to system issues, driver unavailability, or address outside delivery zone.
• Partial refund: if you cancel after confirming, or if the driver can’t verify your PIN or safely deliver. In these cases, the cash amount is refunded, but fees and tips may not be.

A cash delivery fee applies (varies by tier). You can also opt to tip which goes directly to your driver.
