If you notice something wrong with a transaction from your Robinhood checking or savings account, we’re here to help.
To submit a dispute in the app, find the transaction in your history and select Report an issue on the transaction details to start the dispute process.
Different types of transactions have different dispute processes. Here are some examples:

Having documentation like receipts, screenshots, tracking numbers, or email confirmations can help speed up this process.
After you’ve submitted your dispute:
We’ll keep you informed every step of the way, and you’ll receive updates in the app or by email. If the dispute isn’t resolved within 10 days, you’ll receive a provisional credit.
You can also submit a dispute by contacting support directly or writing to us at 85 Willow, Menlo Park, CA 94025. If writing in via physical mail, you must (1) tell us your name and account number (if any), (2) describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about, or why you need more information, and (3) provide the dollar amount of the suspected error.
