How can I make a spending account dispute go faster?
We know how frustrating it can be when something interrupts your normal flow, especially if it affects your money.

The following is only for disputes involving transactions made on a Robinhood spending account, including those made with the Robinhood Cash Card. Review Robinhood Gold Credit Card Disputes for details about reporting issues with that card.
To help us properly route your dispute, while not required, collect as much documentation as you can before submitting your dispute.

We’re only able to process Robinhood Cash Card or spending account disputes after they have settled in your spending account. If you see pending in your transaction details page, the transaction hasn’t completed yet and you must wait until it settles to open a dispute. This usually just takes a few calendar days.
