If you’re having trouble logging in, check out I can’t log in. Within the Support tools, you can also view your past chats.
When you contact us, you can request a call back to discuss your issue, and we'll call you as soon as an agent is available, typically in less than 30 minutes. When you’re next in line, we’ll send a notification and let you know the number we’ll be calling from, so you can be sure it’s us.
Not all inquiries are eligible for phone support. Our Support phone hours are 7 AM-9 PM ET (Monday–Friday only for investing features, excluding holidays).
