We’re gradually rolling out quarterly statements.
You’ll receive a quarterly statement if your account has no activity. If you don’t have monthly activity, you’ll receive a quarterly statement at the end of the quarter instead of a monthly statement. Until quarterly statements are fully rolled out, you may still receive monthly statements.
Quarterly statements are available in-app under the same Reports and statements section as monthly statements.
Statements are automated based on account activity. If your account has no transaction activity during a calendar month, it defaults to a quarterly statement. Note that this can’t be manually changed.
Transaction activity includes any customer-initiated or automated financial movement on your account, such as:
Standard market fluctuations, price alerts, or simply logging into your app don’t count as transaction activity.
Just for that month. Statement delivery is evaluated on a month-to-month basis. This means:
Even if your account is closed, you’ll receive a final statement at the end of the quarter to capture any trailing activity (like tax adjustments or residual interest payouts) before the account is fully closed.
Sending statements only when activity occurs helps you track important financial changes without sorting through empty documents for inactive months.
