After confirming your profile information and tax status with us, you can request to reactivate your Robinhood account directly within the app or on the web:

  1. Select Account → in the app, Menu (3 bars)
  2. Select Reactivate account
  3. If you’re eligible, you’ll be prompted to submit this reactivation request

We’ll email you when your account is reopened, or if we need more information from you.

Confirm your profile information

To confirm your investment profile information:

  1. Select Account → in the app, Menu (3 bars)
  2. In Personal Information, update your Email address, Phone number, and Address
  3. You can also update or add a Trusted Contact
  4. Select Investor profile
  5. Review and update your Occupation, and, if applicable, Employer name and address, Financial situation, Investing needs, and Brokerage information

Confirm your tax status

Before we can reactivate your account, you must also update your tax certification by logging into your original Robinhood account, and checking this link.
