Earnings Hub

Overview

You can listen to a company's earnings call live, right in the Robinhood app. While the call plays, you can read along with a live transcript and check the company's reported results and current price, all without leaving the app. Missed the call? You can listen to the replay after it ends.

Listen live in the app

Tap into a live earnings call to hear it as it happens.

  • Live controls: Play, pause, and rewind within the call. Tap the live indicator to get back to what's being said now.
  • Keep listening while you browse: Swipe down to minimize the player into picture-in-picture mode. Audio keeps playing while you check your portfolio, your lists, or the stock's detail page.
  • Listen outside the app: Audio keeps playing if you leave the app or lock your phone. You can control playback from your lock screen, Control Center (iOS), the notification shade (Android), or your headphones.
  • Video calls: Some calls include video, which you can watch full screen or in picture-in-picture.
  • Key numbers in the player: The player shows the stock's current price and today's price change.

Read along with a live transcript

A live transcript appears in the center of the player and follows along as the call plays. The word being spoken is highlighted. If you rewind, the transcript moves back with the audio.

  • The live transcript doesn't label speakers. You can't scroll through it or open it full screen during a live call.
  • If a transcript isn't available for a call, the player shows the company's artwork instead. You can still listen to the audio.

Listen to a replay

After a live call ends, a replay is available shortly afterward. You can find it on the stock's detail page until the end of the next day.

  • Replay controls: Tap and hold to play the call at 2x speed, drag to navigate, or skip forward and backward. While holding, swipe down to lock playback at 2x speed.
  • Mini player: The mini player and background listening work the same way as they do for live calls.
  • Full transcript: Read the full transcript with speaker names. Tap any line to jump to that part of the call.

Find earnings calls in the app

  • Stock detail page: Before a call, a banner shows when the company reports earnings and when the call starts. During the call, tap the banner to listen.
  • Investing home: Cards for upcoming and live earnings calls for stocks you own appear on your home screen. Tap a live card to start listening.
  • Upcoming tab in Search: See upcoming earnings, with stocks you own listed first. A Live label shows which calls are happening now.
  • Robinhood Social: Live calls are pinned in a banner at the top of your Social feed.
  • Notifications: If you own a stock, you'll keep getting the earnings notifications you get today. Tap the notification when a call starts to open it.
