Troubleshooting

Why am I getting an error message?

Is your PDF file password protected?

  • If so, remove the password from your PDF statement and try again.

Is your file too large?

  • The file size limit is 10MB. Reduce size by removing blank pages and compressing the PDF to the lowest size option available.

Is the file unreadable?

  • Try to download a new PDF bank statement.
