My App isn't Working as Expected

If your app is slow or not working as expected, try the following steps to resolve the issue:

  • Check your WiFi signal strength. If it’s weak, try turning it off and using your cellular data instead.
  • Double-check that you're on the latest version of the Robinhood app. If not, please click here to download the latest version of the Android app or here to download the latest version of the iOS app.
  • Force quit the Robinhood app.
  • Log out and log back into the Robinhood app.
  • Turn your phone on and off, and make sure no other apps are running in the background.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Robinhood app.
