Robinhood Social Community Guidelines
Welcome to Robinhood Social!
Robinhood Social is a place to talk about markets, investing, and your own trades with other Robinhood customers. You can share ideas, show your trades, debate, and learn from each other.
These Community Guidelines explain what’s expected of everyone here. They’re a plain-language companion to the Robinhood Social User Agreement and the Robinhood App Use Standards, which also apply to you. If these Guidelines and those documents ever conflict, the Social User Agreement and the Robinhood App Use Standards control.
By using Robinhood Social, you agree to follow these Guidelines.
Strong opinions are welcome. Disagreement is how we all get sharper. But debate the idea, not the person.

Do:
Robinhood Social is for talking about markets. It is not for moving them. Content and behavior intended to artificially distort prices, or deceive other investors, have no place here, even when posted as a joke.

Robinhood Social is a discussion forum. It is not a copy-trading platform or a place to give or get professional investment advice. Everything here is for personal, non-commercial use.

Remember: Robinhood doesn’t approve, endorse, or verify what users post, and it doesn’t guarantee that any content is accurate, complete, or reliable. Other users’ posts, including their trades, aren’t Robinhood recommendations. Any decision you make based on what you see here is your own, and so is the risk.
Trust depends on knowing that people are who they say they are, and that what they post is real.

About your Trade Information: Sharing your trades is always your choice. If you share a trade, others, including those outside Robinhood Social, may see details such as your username and profile picture, trade time, amount or shares, trade price, open/closed status, whether it was a recurring trade, profit and loss (including year-to-date, 1-year, and 1-day figures), what percentage of your portfolio the trade represents, and engagement stats. Other users can comment on what you share and may post it outside Robinhood Social. Only share what you’re comfortable having seen by others.
Only post content you own or have permission to use. Don’t post content that infringes anyone’s copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, or other proprietary rights.
If you believe content on Robinhood Social infringes your copyright, trademark, or rights in your name, image, or likeness, you can submit a notice through robinhood.com/contact consistent with the requirements in the Social User Agreement. Accounts of repeat infringers may be suspended or terminated.
Robinhood Social is a community of real people, and you may come across content you find inaccurate, offensive, or not to your taste. All content is the responsibility of the user who posted it. Robinhood doesn’t approve, endorse, or verify any opinions or alleged facts posted by users.
