  2. Select one of the following:
  • Continue to view more details about how it works
  • Preview your rate to view an estimated mortgage rate and details about the loan
  1. In How it works, select Continue
  2. In First step, select whether you’re buying a new home or refinancing, and then select Start Sage application
  3. In Welcome to Sage, follow the on-screen instructions from Sage to get pre-qualified, complete your application, and lock in your exclusive discounted rate
