How do I upgrade to Gold?
You can upgrade to Robinhood Gold from any platform, whether you’re signing up for the first time or resubscribing.
You can try Robinhood Gold for free for your first 30 days. After your free trial ends, you'll be charged $5 at the beginning of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing date. You can find the billing date in your account settings under Robinhood Gold.
The free trial only covers the $5 monthly fee and doesn't cover any interest accrued if you invest on margin. This means that if you borrow over $1,000, you’ll still pay interest at the end of your billing cycle.
Margin investing involves interest charges and risks, including the potential to lose more than deposited or the need to deposit additional collateral in a falling market. Before using margin, customers must determine whether this type of trading strategy is right for them given their specific investment objectives, experience, and risk tolerance.

Robinhood Gold is offered through Robinhood Financial LLC. For more information, review the Robinhood Gold User Agreement. Not all investors will be eligible to trade on margin. Additional interest charges may apply depending on the amount of margin used.
