If you still have access to your account, change your password:

Select Account (person icon) → in the app, Menu (3 bars)
Select Settings
Select Security and privacy → Change password
Enter your current account password
Enter a new password
Re-enter new password
Select Submit
In 2-factor authentication, enable it
Report the incident to ReportPhishing@robinhood.com
