You can close your Robinhood Strategies managed account at any time in one of the following ways.

• Initiate a full internal asset transfer out: You’ll need to contact us to initiate it.
• Initiate a full asset transfer (ACATS) out: You’ll need to ask the outside brokerage to initiate the transfer and review Transfer your assets out for more details about this process. Note this will stop account management.
• Request a full withdrawal: Follow the steps below for this option.

To initiate a full withdrawal:

1. Select Account (person icon) → in the app, Withdraw

• Input the full account value as the withdrawal amount, click Confirm
• A pop up will ask you to confirm next steps, click Withdraw Full Balance
• Review will show the final account fees and the cash balance you can expect to receive
• Lastly, select Withdraw and Close Account

2. You’ll receive an email from us once the account is successfully closed.

When you agree to have an account managed by Robinhood Strategies, you agree to certain terms around how your account is maintained. As such, Robinhood Strategies may choose to close your account for one of several reasons, including:

• Your email address is incorrect resulting in bounce backs. You have 90 days to correct this before management will cease.
• The account wasn’t funded within 120 days of opening it.
• You show no login activity or other account activity for the last 2 years.
