Exigences relatives au compte

  • Avoir 19 ans ou plus (18 ans ou plus pour les provinces suivantes : Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, Île-du-Prince-Édouard, Québec, Saskatchewan)
  • Être un(e) résident(e) canadien(ne) avec une adresse canadienne vérifiée
    • Les résidents permanents sont admissibles
    • Les boîtes postales ne sont pas acceptées
  • Ne pas être une personne des États-Unis à des fins fiscales (conformité FATCA)
  • Un numéro d’assurance sociale (NAS) est requis pour la déclaration de revenus de l'ARC (CARF)

Changer mon mot de passe

Si vous êtes connecté(e) à votre compte Robinhood, vous pouvez facilement changer votre mot de passe. Lorsque vous créez un nouveau mot de passe, assurez-vous qu’il contient au moins 10 caractères et qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un mot de passe que vous avez récemment utilisé.

  1. Sélectionnez Compte (icône de profil) → Sécurité et confidentialitéChanger le mot de passe
  2. Entrez votre mot de passe actuel
  3. Entrez un nouveau mot de passe
  4. Entrez à nouveau le nouveau mot de passe
  5. Sélectionnez Soumettre

Authentification à deux facteurs

L’authentification à deux facteurs (A2F) aide à protéger votre compte Robinhood en exigeant deux sources de vérification pour vous connecter : quelque chose que vous connaissez (votre mot de passe) et quelque chose que vous avez (votre appareil mobile). Chaque fois que vous vous connectez ou que vous apportez des modifications à votre compte Robinhood, vous recevrez une demande de code de vérification.

Tous les comptes Robinhood sont protégés par l’A2F pour les nouveaux appareils. Il s’agit d’une couche de sécurité appliquée à tous les comptes Robinhood pour assurer la sécurité de votre compte Robinhood.

Comment activer l’A2F

Par SMS :

  1. Sélectionnez Compte (icône de personne)
  2. Sélectionnez Sécurité et confidentialité
  3. Sélectionnez Authentification à deux facteurs
  4. Sélectionnez SMS
  5. Vérifiez vos messages SMS et copiez le code de vérification de Robinhood
  6. Collez le code dans votre application Robinhood, puis sélectionnez Continuer

Notifications

Vous pouvez choisir de recevoir des notifications push et/ou par courriel pour les éléments suivants :

  • l’activité de transfert
  • les ordres de cryptomonnaie
  • les promotions
  • les références
  • les alertes de prix (uniquement push)

Vous pouvez activer ou désactiver les notifications dans l’application en allant dans Compte (icône de la personne) → Paramètres du compteNotifications. Ensuite, activez ou désactivez le commutateur pour gérer vos préférences de notification.
