If you don’t want to participate, you can simply not claim the reward.
If you’re a winner, you’ll get an email from Merkle via the email address associated with your account (or associated with your mail-in entries) starting on or around June 2, 2026. After you select a prize, Merkle will send you instructions on how to claim your prize. Note that receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. If potential winners are disqualified or don’t respond to Merkle’s communications, they will award the prize through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

You may receive a maximum of 1,000,000 entries during the Promotion Period by any combination of entry methods. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, and logins, or any other methods, will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Sponsor and Administrator will rely on the information submitted by the entrant when creating their Account. If any additional information provided by entrant is inconsistent with the information previously provided, Sponsor and/or Administrator may disqualify such entrant, and such disqualification may result in the forfeiture of any prizes won. Sponsor, in its discretion, may require additional documentation from the entrant to show proof of the entrant’s identity.
Administrator is an independent organization whose decisions as to the selection of the potential winners are final and binding. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around May 20, 2026. Sponsor will conduct a confidential background check and will disqualify any selected winners where it finds evidence of financial crimes or related activity, terrorist financing activity, or if they are included on the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List. The results of the background check will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of determining the winner's eligibility to receive a prize. Starting on or around June 2, 2026, Sponsor will notify all potential winners with a Robinhood account by email requesting potential winners to select their prize within 3 days of the date the notification is sent. Failure to make the selection within this time, will result in forfeiture of the prize. Administrator will notify all potential winners who do not have an account by email advising them that they must create a Robinhood account within 3 days of the date the notification is sent. If these potential winners timely complete this task, they will next receive the communication from Sponsor allowing them to select their prize within 3 days of that date that this notification is sent. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to provide the requested information within the required time period, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits the prize, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by a random drawing from among all of the remaining eligible entries. Only 3 alternate drawings will be held, after which the applicable prize or prizes will not be awarded.
