Agreement to the Official Rules

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By participating in these Sweepstakes, entrants acknowledge that they have read these official rules, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any of these official rules, do not participate in the sweepstakes. Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein, including a confidential background check of those selected potential winners, which will include a review for evidence of financial crimes or related activity, terrorist financing activity, or if a potential winner is included on the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List.

Timing

The Sweepstakes begins on April 14, 2026 at 9 AM PT and ends on May 6, 2026 at 8:59:59 PM PT (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor’s servers are the official time-keeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

Entry methods

Entry Method for Robinhood Account holders: Entrants must complete the following steps to earn entries.

  1. An entrant must have an active Robinhood individual brokerage account (“Account”). Account is subject to Robinhood Financial LLC and Robinhood Securities, LLC Terms and Conditions and Robinhood’s Financial Entity Privacy Policy). Entrants must have a valid W9 tax certification on file with Sponsor no later than the end of the Promotion Period (May 6, 2026) to be eligible to claim a prize.
  2. Entrants will earn “entries” for the “Net Dollars” of “Eligible Deposits” (defined in this section) made during the Promotion Period. Net Dollars are equal to the dollar amount of the Eligible Deposits less the dollar amount of any “Withdrawals” (defined below) made after the initial Eligible Deposit during the Promotion Period.
  3. Eligible Deposits must meet all of the following requirements:
  • Deposit must be a cash transfer greater than $1 from an external account (account outside of Robinhood) to an Account. Accordingly, transfers of stock, crypto or other investment vehicles are not eligible.
  • Deposits may only be made through ACH (Automated Clearing House), RTP (Real Time Payment), wire transfer, DCF (debit-card funding), or NOA (non-originated ACH).
  • NOTE: Transfers of cash made to an Account through the Automated Customer Account Transfer Service (ACATS) are not Eligible Deposits.
  1. A “Withdrawal” means any withdrawal from your Account, including without limitation, any cash withdrawals from your Account or your Spending Account with Robinhood Money, LLC, including, originated and non-originated ACH, RTP, wire transfers, and debit card funding transactions. However, a withdrawal shall not include the purchase of cryptocurrencies in your Crypto Account or of an investment in your Brokerage Account, such as purchase of a stock. A Withdrawal from your Account to an external account will merely reduce your Net Deposits therefore reducing the number of entries earned.

Number of Entries earned for Net Dollars Deposited During the Promotion Period:

  1. If an entrant is enrolled in Robinhood Gold, a subscription-based membership program with premium services offered through Sponsor, as of the end of the Promotion Period (May 6, 2026 at 8:59:59 PM PT), entrant will receive 3 entries for the Net Dollars deposited. The Robinhood Gold subscription may be purchased by the month or for a year, and is subject to the Robinhood Gold Agreement.
  2. If an entrant is not enrolled in Robinhood Gold as of the end of the Promotion Period, the entrant will receive 1 entry for each Net Dollar deposited.

NOTE: Entrant’s status as a Robinhood Gold member during the Promotion Period is not relevant to the number of entries earned; only entrant’s membership status as of the end of the Promotion Period impacts the number of entries earned.

Mail-In Entry Method (available to all eligible entrants): To enter without creating a Robinhood Account, enrolling in Robinhood Gold, or making a deposit, print your name, address, phone number, email address (if you have a Robinhood Account, include the email address associated with it), and date of birth on a piece of paper, and then mail it in an envelope with the proper postage to: Robinhood Deposit Sweepstakes April 2026, c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5022, Department 869032, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5022 You will receive 10,000 entries into the Sweepstakes for each separately mailed envelope that is timely received. Limit: 1 mail-in request per envelope; Up to 100 separate envelopes may be posted during the Promotion Period. All mail-in requests must be sent by May 6, 2026 and received by May 13, 2026. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due entries, which will be disqualified. Entrants who have an Account must have a valid W9 tax certification on file no later than May 6, 2026 to receive a prize.

Entry Limits

You may receive a maximum of 1,000,000 entries during the Promotion Period by any combination of entry methods. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address or Account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, and logins, or any other methods, will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, Sponsor and Administrator will rely on the information submitted by the entrant when creating their Account. If any additional information provided by entrant is inconsistent with the information previously provided, Sponsor and/or Administrator may disqualify such entrant, and such disqualification may result in the forfeiture of any prizes won. Sponsor, in its discretion, may require additional documentation from the entrant to show proof of the entrant’s identity.

Prize Drawing

Administrator is an independent organization whose decisions as to the selection of the potential winners are final and binding. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, on or around May 20, 2026. Sponsor will conduct a confidential background check and will disqualify any selected winners where it finds evidence of financial crimes or related activity, terrorist financing activity, or if they are included on the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List. The results of the background check will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of determining the winner's eligibility to receive a prize. Starting on or around June 2, 2026, Sponsor will notify all potential winners with a Robinhood account by email requesting potential winners to select their prize within 3 days of the date the notification is sent. Failure to make the selection within this time, will result in forfeiture of the prize. Administrator will notify all potential winners who do not have an account by email advising them that they must create a Robinhood account within 3 days of the date the notification is sent. If these potential winners timely complete this task, they will next receive the communication from Sponsor allowing them to select their prize within 3 days of that date that this notification is sent. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to provide the requested information within the required time period, the potential winner forfeits the prize. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason or forfeits the prize, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by a random drawing from among all of the remaining eligible entries. Only 3 alternate drawings will be held, after which the applicable prize or prizes will not be awarded.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided in the Sponsor’s sole discretion if the prize should become unavailable. In this case, a prize of equal or greater value to the ARV provided in these Rules will be offered. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after all winners have been confirmed. Release

By receipt of any prize, winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising, and promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies, and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss, or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use, inability to use, misuse, or redemption of a prize (including any injury or harm related thereto).

Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, prize information, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, or consideration. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or publicity materials but may do so and edit such information or materials at its sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, or any event or cause beyond Sponsor’s control (e.g. events such as natural calamities, national emergencies, widespread illnesses, declarations of war, acts of God, acts of terrorism) interferes with any aspect of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to fulfillment of the prize(s), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance and may modify the prizes offered herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to submitting fraudulent entries, or to be acting in violation of the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In no event will more prizes than are stated in these Official Rules be awarded. If, for any reason, more prize notifications are sent (or more claims are received) than the number of prizes offered as set forth in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to award the intended number of prizes through a random drawing from among all eligible prize claims received. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between any other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials and these Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

Limitations of Liability

The Released Parties are not responsible for:

  • Any incorrect or inaccurate information either caused by printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or provided by entrants;
  • Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections to the internet, social media platforms, in phone lines or network hardware or software;
  • Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the entry process;
  • Technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to the processing of entries;
  • Late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail, delayed or misdirected entries, or failure to receive entries due to limitation of third-party social network platforms;
  • Entries that are erroneously deleted, lost or destroyed or corrupted. In this case, entrants sole remedy is to take the required actions to receive another entry(s) in the Sweepstakes, if it is possible; or
  • Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or to the receipt, use, inability to use or misuse of any prize.

Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that:

  • Sponsor and entrants agree to attempt informal resolution of any dispute arising in connection with these Terms prior to any demand for adjudication of any kind and to notify each other in writing of any such dispute within thirty (30) calendar days of when it arises. Notice to Sponsor shall be sent to support@robinhood.com. Sponsor and entrants further agree that if they cannot solve such dispute informally, any such dispute shall be finally settled in binding arbitration, on an individual basis, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s rules for arbitration of consumer-related disputes, and Sponsor and entrants hereby expressly waive trial by jury and right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class wide arbitration. The arbitration will occur, at my election, in the county of entrant’s domicile or in San Francisco, California and will be conducted confidentially by a single, neutral arbitrator. Entrants agree to bear their attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses, provided that Sponsor agrees to pay the cost of the arbitration if entrants are the prevailing party in the arbitration. The arbitrator may award any relief that a court of competent jurisdiction could award, including attorneys’ fees when authorized by law, and the arbitral decision may be enforced in any court. Any dispute between the parties will be governed by this Agreement and the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles that may provide for the application of the law of another jurisdiction. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this section, Sponsor and entrants retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, database rights, and patents. In the event the prohibition on class arbitration or any other provision of this section is deemed invalid or unenforceable, then entrants agree and understand that the remaining portions of the arbitration provisions in this section will remain in full force and effect.
  • Any appeals of an arbitration award and over any suit between the parties not subject to arbitration shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California or the appropriate California State Court located in San Francisco County, California except that that such disputes, claims, and causes of actions that concern an Account shall be resolved pursuant to the pre-dispute arbitration clause in the RHF-RHS Customer Account Agreement;
  • Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and
  • Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
  • All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction) which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

Severability

If the application of any provision of these Official Rules to any particular facts or circumstances shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court, arbitration panel, or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, then:

  • The validity, legality, and enforceability of such provision as applied to any other particular facts or circumstances and the other provisions of these Official Rules shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby; and
  • Such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible.

In addition, if any provision contained in these Official Rules shall for any reason be held to be excessively broad as to duration, geographical scope, activity, or subject, it shall be construed by limiting and reducing it so as to be enforceable to the extent compatible with applicable law.
