As a Robinhood Gold subscriber, you can enjoy $0 network fees on Solana (SPL) token transfers within the Robinhood Crypto app until June 9, 2025. This means Robinhood will cover network fees when you deposit or withdraw supported Solana tokens, up to a certain maximum of transfers. This benefit also applies to Solana network transfers using Robinhood Connect.

This benefit is exclusively available to Robinhood Gold subscribers between April 17-June 9. If you unsubscribe from Gold, you’ll no longer have access to $0 Solana network fees. You must be enrolled in crypto transfers to participate.

The $0 network fee applies to all Solana network transfers (limits apply) for eligible Gold subscribers, including:

• Deposits of SPL tokens (SOL, USDC, TRUMP, WIF, PENGU, BONK, POPCAT, PNUT) into your Robinhood Crypto account. You’ll be reimbursed the network fee in SOL based on the on-chain data. The refund will appear as a separate line item in your SOL transaction history.
• Withdrawals of SPL tokens from your Robinhood Crypto account. You won’t be charged a network fee, and the network fee will appear as $0 in the review and submission screen.
• Robinhood Connect of SPL tokens to and from your Robinhood Crypto account. Deposits will be reimbursed, and withdrawals will have $0 network fees. Note that Robinhood Connect transfer history isn’t currently tracked in your Robinhood Crypto transfer history.

Robinhood Crypto: 10 transfers a month on the Solana network Robinhood Connect: 5 transfers a month on the Solana network using Robinhood Connect.

Deposits

When you deposit Solana tokens, Robinhood Crypto will reimburse you the amount of the network fee in SOL. This reimbursement is based on the network fee recorded on the blockchain. You’ll typically receive the refund shortly after the deposit is credited to your account.

NOTE

• We only reimburse the network fee. Any fees charged by the originating platform aren’t covered.
• While you’ll see a network fee recorded on the blockchain explorer, Robinhood Crypto is reimbursing this fee to you.
• Pending deposits aren’t eligible for the reimbursement until the transfer completes and funds are available in your balance.

Withdrawals

When you withdraw Solana tokens, the network fee will be covered by Robinhood Crypto, and you’ll see a $0 network fee on the withdrawal review and confirmation screens. Since Robinhood is covering this fee up-front, you won’t be debited any network fee for these withdrawals.

Robinhood Connect

Solana network transfers using Robinhood Connect will also have their network fees covered in the same way as regular deposits and withdrawals for Gold subscribers.

As a Gold subscriber, you can also share your Gold status with your Robinhood Wallet to potentially get covered Solana swap fees (limits apply) through June 9, 2025. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU (“PARTICIPANT” OR “YOU”) ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and participation in the $0 Solana network fees for Gold subscribers] promotion (the “Promotion”), which is operated by Robinhood Crypto, LLC (collectively, “RHC”, “our”, “us”, or” we”). These Terms complement and incorporate by reference the Robinhood Crypto Customer Agreement (the “Customer Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between the Customer Agreement and these Terms, the Customer Agreement will control.

Eligibility: The Promotion is only available to customers who: (1) have a RHC Account; and (2) are active subscribers to the Robinhood Gold product at the time the customer’s eligible cryptocurrency transfer is initiated and completed during the Offer Period, subject to the limitations below. The “Offer Period” is the period beginning 9 AM EST on April 17, 2025 to 11:59 PM ESTon June 9, 2025. RHC may change the Offer Period dates at any time without notice.

Offer: The Promotion is a limited time offer that is only available during the Offer Period, subject to availability. As part of the Promotion, RHC will cover (i) any network fees that apply to your Wallet Transfers on the Solana network to and from your RHC account, up to a maximum of 10 transfers per calendar month, and (ii) any network fees that apply to your Wallet Transfers on the Solana network using Robinhood Connect, up to a maximum of 5 transfers per calendar month. By participating in the Promotion, you represent and warrant that you understand and agree to the following:

• RHC will reimburse any network fees associated with an eligible Receive Transaction in SOL based on on-chain data, and such reimbursement will be credited to your RHC account promptly but no later than one (1) business day after the cryptocurrency amounts for such Receive Transaction have been added to your available balance in your RHC Account.
• RHC will cover any network fees associated with an eligible Send Transaction at the time such transfer request is submitted.
• RHC will only cover network fees for transfers of cryptocurrencies on the Solana network that RHC supports for custody. You can see the current list of cryptocurrencies available to transfer to your RHC account on the Solana network by visiting this Help Center article.
• If any of the applicable limits are exceeded, standard network fees may apply and will be shown in-app. Monthly caps will reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each calendar month.

Limitation: RHC reserves the right to change or restrict the Promotion terms, or terminate the Promotion, at any time without notice. RHC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify your enrollment in the Promotion in RHC’s sole discretion if, for example, RHC determines that there may be circumstances indicating fraud or a violation of these Terms or the Customer Agreement. RHC reserves the right to either decline to provide reimbursement or cover network fees, or, to the extent allowed by law and these terms, reverse any reimbursement or coverage in the event RHC determines in its sole discretion that there may have been fraudulent activity or a violation of these terms in connection with your participation in the Promotion. The offer isn’t transferable or saleable. This isn’t an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where we aren’t authorized to do business. Other restrictions may apply.

Taxes: Consult with your tax advisor about the appropriate tax treatment for this offer and any tax implications associated with receipt of a cash reward before enrolling. For taxable accounts, the value of all Robinhood offers received or charged back may be reported on applicable 1099 forms where required by rules and regulations. Robinhood does not take responsibility for any tax related to this cash reward.
