To access the benefits in Robinhood Wallet, you first need to authenticate your Gold status in the Robinhood app.

In the Robinhood Wallet app

1. Go to Settings (3 bars) → Select Robinhood Gold offer
2. Select Continue on Robinhood (this takes you to the Robinhood app)
3. Select Agree and continue to share Gold status with Robinhood Wallet

The current limit is 3 swaps per day on the Solana network. It doesn't apply to cross-chain swaps or swaps of Wrapped SOL.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your access to and participation in the Covered Solana swap fees with Gold subscription promotion (the “Promotion”), , which is operated by Robinhood Non-Custodial, Ltd. (collectively, “RHNC,” “our,” “us,” or “we”). These Terms complement and incorporate by reference the Self-Custody Wallet Licensing and User Agreement (the “RHNC User Agreement”). In the event of any conflict between the RHC User Agreement and these Terms, the RHNC Customer Agreement will control.

Eligibility: The Promotion is only available to customers who: (1) have a self-custody wallet on the Robinhood Wallet app; and (2) are active subscribers to the Robinhood Gold product at the time the user places a qualifying swap during the Offer Period, subject to the limitations below. The “Offer Period” is the period beginning 9 AM EST on April 17, 2025 to 11:59 PM ESTon June 9, 2025. RHNC may change the Offer Period dates at any time without notice.

Offer: The Promotion is a limited time offer that is only available during the Offer Period, subject to availability. As part of the Promotion, RHNC will cover (i) any network fees that apply to swaps on the Solana network placed through the Robinhood Wallet app, up to a maximum of 3 swaps per day; and (ii) any Solana Associated Token Account (ATA) fee incurred in connection with swapping a token on the Solana network through the Robinhood Wallet app, up to a maximum of 3 swaps per day.

By participating in the Promotion, you represent and warrant that you understand and agree to the following:

• You will be required to share your Robinhood Gold membership status with your Robinhood Wallet in order to participate in the Promotion.
• RHNC will only cover network fees for swaps on the Solana network using the in-app swap function in the Robinhood Wallet and will not cover any network fees associated with cross-chain swaps. Swaps of Wrapped SOL are excluded.
• Robinhood Crypto isn’t involved in, and doesn’t have any responsibility for, activity on the Robinhood Wallet. You can learn more about Robinhood Wallet by visiting this Help Center article.
• If any of the applicable limits are exceeded, standard network fees may apply and will be shown in-app. Daily caps will reset at 12 AM EST each day.

Limitation: RHNC reserves the right to change or restrict the Promotion terms, or terminate the Promotion, at any time without notice. RHNC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify your enrollment in the Promotion in RHC’s sole discretion if, for example, RHNC determines that there may be circumstances indicating fraud or a violation of these Terms or the Customer Agreement. RHNC reserves the right to either decline to provide reimbursement or cover network fees, or, to the extent allowed by law and these terms, reverse any reimbursement or coverage in the event RHNC determines in its sole discretion that there may have been fraudulent activity or a violation of these terms in connection with your participation in the Promotion. The offer isn’t transferable or saleable. This isn’t an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where we aren’t authorized to do business. Other restrictions may apply.

Taxes: Consult with your tax advisor about the appropriate tax treatment for this offer and any tax implications associated with receipt of a cash reward before enrolling. For taxable accounts, the value of all Robinhood offers received or charged back may be reported on applicable 1099 forms where required by rules and regulations. Robinhood does not take responsibility for any tax related to this cash reward.
