To cancel your Robinhood Platinum Card, contact Robinhood Credit support for assistance in the Robinhood Banking app by going to Menu (3 bars) → Customer Support → Contact support.

If it has been less than 30 days since the Platinum fee was charged, you're eligible for a refund. After 30 days, refunds are not available. If you've used any card benefits, their value may be deducted from your refund.

Canceling your Platinum Card does not cancel your Gold membership. However, the timing of your cancellation affects when your Gold fee is charged:

• Less than 30 days since the Gold fee was charged: the Gold fee is billed immediately upon cancellation.
• More than 30 days since the Gold fee was charged: the Gold fee is billed at the end of your current billing cycle.

The fee will be billed to your Robinhood Banking account if you still have one or your Robinhood brokerage account.
