Why do I keep getting account statement emails?
Robinhood is required to update customers with important account information and documents, including updates about when your account statements are ready.
We also want you to know about other important account updates, like brokerage portfolio value changes and dividend payments.
While you can’t unsubscribe from account statement emails, you can from other email communications. Review Updating your notification settings to change your preferences.
We’re gradually rolling out quarterly statements. If you don’t have monthly activity, you’ll receive a quarterly statement at the end of the quarter instead of a monthly statement. Until quarterly statements are fully rolled out, you may still receive monthly statements.
