Your investor profile
Your investor profile contains information about yourself, your financial situation, and your investing needs. It breaks down your annual income, investment experience and goals, and employment information, among other things. It’s important that you keep this information updated and accurate.
If you open additional self-directed, individual investing accounts, you’ll need to complete a new investor profile for each new account that you open with us.
For accounts managed by Robinhood Strategies, you’re also asked some additional questions, specific to the account, about your goals, risk tolerance, and timelines.
For custodial accounts, the custodian’s investor profile applies. The custodian is responsible for managing the account consistent with the minor’s best interests. The minor beneficiary doesn’t complete a separate investor profile.
