Trading with your agent
After you connect your AI agent and create your Robinhood Agentic account, you can start using it to make trades.
You are ultimately responsible for the trades your AI agent places in your Agentic account.
You’re in charge of your trades. When you use an AI agent to place orders, all investment decisions are yours. Before your agent takes action, you can review what it’s about to do. Be aware that if you’ve asked your agent to take action without asking your approval, it can place trades without your confirmation.
You currently can use your agent to place long equities and options orders.* Note that we’ll be adding support for more assets soon.
To place a trade, simply ask your agent to place an order. All orders will appear in the Activity section of your agentic account and in your Robinhood history.
IMPORTANT *Agentic options trading is currently rolling out, which means they’re not available to everyone just yet.

Robinhood Agentic Trading is a new type of brokerage product that allows you to connect a third-party AI agent to a dedicated Robinhood account to automate investment decisions and order placement. This product operates differently from traditional investing and trades may be executed by an AI agent without your direct input on each transaction.
Agentic trading involves significant risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment. AI-driven strategies may perform poorly under certain market conditions, move quickly, and may be difficult to monitor or stop in real time. This product may not be appropriate for all investors.
AI agents can make errors, misinterpret instructions, act on incomplete or outdated information, and may behave in unexpected ways. Robinhood does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any agent output, and is not responsible for losses resulting from agent-generated decisions. You are responsible for reviewing account activity, monitoring positions, and ensuring the agent is operating as intended.
You assume all risk for trades executed by AI agents and for any use of your data by third-party AI providers.
Be aware of the risks associated with your specific options strategy, as options trading and certain options strategies are not appropriate for all investors. Options transactions are often complex and may involve the potential of losing the entire investment in a relatively short period of time. Certain complex options strategies carry additional risk, including the potential for losses that may exceed the original investment amount. To learn more about the risks associated with options, review the Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options and the FINRA Options investing Information before you begin trading options.
Robinhood Financial does not guarantee favorable investment outcomes. The past performance of a security or financial product doesn’t guarantee future results or returns. Customers should consider their investment objectives and risks carefully before investing in options. Because of the importance of tax considerations to all options transactions, the customer considering options should consult their tax advisor as to how taxes affect the outcome of each options strategy.
Brokerage services are offered through Robinhood Financial LLC, ("RHF") a registered broker dealer (member SIPC) and clearing services through Robinhood Securities, LLC, ("RHS") a registered broker dealer (member SIPC). RHF and RHS are not banks.
