Device monitoring

Device monitoring allows you to view and manage every device that has been used to login to your Robinhood account, such as phones, laptops, or tablets. We recommend regularly reviewing the listed devices and removing any you don’t recognize or no longer use.

If you ever log in from a new device, we'll send you a device approval to verify it’s really you accessing your Robinhood account. You’ll have to approve the activity to finish signing in. To view and manage your devices

Manage your devices

In the app:

  1. Tap the Account (person) icon in the bottom right corner
  2. Tap the Menu (three bars) on the top right corner of the screen
  3. Tap Security and Privacy
  4. Tap Devices
  5. Select a device to view further details
  6. Tap Remove Device if you want the device signed out of your account—removing the device signs you out of it and may require you to verify it’s you the next time you use it to sign it.

How do I sign in to my Robinhood account from a new device?

When you’re logging in to your Robinhood account from a new device, we’ll send you a device approval to verify your identity. We do this to make sure that the login attempt is from a device that you have access to, and not from an attacker.

Visit our Help Center for more information about how to sign in with a new device.
