As a safety first company, Robinhood is committed to keeping your Robinhood accounts protected. We’ll cover 100% of direct losses due to unauthorized account activity. We ask that you practice safe cybersecurity habits so we can work together to keep your accounts safe.

We use robust security measures and tools to protect your accounts. We’re committed to fully reimbursing direct losses caused by unauthorized activity that isn’t your fault. A reimbursement can include cash, assets held through Robinhood Financial, and crypto held through Robinhood Crypto.

You must do the following to get 100% coverage of direct losses caused by unauthorized account activity:

• Don’t share account details. Keep account details and login credentials private and up-to-date, such as your Robinhood account login PIN, password, and username. You’re solely responsible for monitoring and safeguarding your account. If you give someone else your account login credentials or the authority to execute transactions on your account, any resulting activity on your account may be considered authorized by you. • Keep devices secure. Ensure the safety and security of any devices with access to your account, such as a mobile device or computer. Enable your devices’ passcode, PIN, and biometric login (if available), and keep them safe and secret at all times. • Don’t allow or give anyone remote access to your device (mobile device or computer) or your Robinhood account. Do not download any software, or send money, crypto, or assets. Robinhood will never ask you to download software or transfer money. You’re solely responsible for access to your account. Any resulting activity may be considered authorized by you.

• Contact Robinhood Support immediately if you lose a device with account access, or if you notice any unusual logins or activity you don’t recognize. We ask that you also actively cooperate with us during our review. • Don't search for or call us with Robinhood phone numbers through an internet browser because they potentially are scams.
