(« Bitbuy ») offre des contrats sur cryptoactifs pour l’achat et la vente de Lido DAO (LDO) en vertu d’une dispense de prospectus accordée par les Autorités canadiennes en valeurs mobilières (ACVM) dans la décision de dispense modifiée et refondue en date du 11 octobre 2024. À propos du Lido DAO

Le LDO est le jeton de gouvernance de Lido DAO. Lido DAO est un protocole de jalonnement liquide qui fonctionne sur la chaîne de blocs Ethereum. Il permet aux utilisateurs de jalonner leurs ETH pour soutenir le mécanisme de consensus du réseau Ethereum. Lido DAO permet à ces actifs de rester liquides en émettant des stETH. Concentration des LDO détenus par les premiers investisseurs et développeurs

Lorsque l’offre initiale de jetons LDO a été émise, 22,18 % du total ont été distribués aux premiers investisseurs et 20 % supplémentaires aux développeurs fondateurs.1 Les investisseurs doivent tenir compte de cette distribution et de l’impact potentiel que cette concentration de jetons pourrait avoir lorsqu’ils évaluent le LDO.

Dépendance de Lido DAO au réseau Ethereum

Comme LDO est un jeton ERC-20 sur le réseau Ethereum, il dépend fortement du maintien de la stabilité de ce réseau. De plus, la fonction principale du protocole Lido est de fournir des liquidités pour les ETH qui sont jalonnés sur le réseau Ethereum. Suite à la fin des opérations du protocole sur Polygon et Solana fin 2024 et début 2025, ses opérations sont maintenant presque exclusivement liées à Ethereum.
