À propos du présent énoncé

Coinsquare Capital Markets Inc. (« Bitbuy ») offre des contrats sur cryptoactifs pour l’achat et la vente d’Uniswap en vertu d’une dispense de prospectus accordée par les Autorités canadiennes en valeurs mobilières (ACVM) dans la décision de dispense en date du 12 octobre 2022. Les droits légaux d’action en dommages-intérêts et le droit d’annulation prévus par l’article 130.1 de la Loi sur les valeurs mobilières (Ontario) et les lois similaires dans les autres territoires des ACVM ne s’appliquent pas à l’égard d’une information fausse ou trompeuse figurant dans le présent énoncé dans la mesure où un contrat sur cryptoactifs est distribué en vertu de la dispense de prospectus mentionnée ci‑dessus.

Aucune autorité de réglementation des valeurs mobilières au Canada ou dans tout autre territoire n’a exprimé d’opinion au sujet des cryptoactifs (ou des contrats sur cryptoactifs) offerts par l’intermédiaire de la plateforme de Coinsquare, y compris une opinion selon laquelle les cryptoactifs ne seraient pas eux-mêmes des valeurs mobilières et/ou des dérivés.

À propos de l’Uniswap

Depuis sa création en 2018, et avec l’inspiration de la vision d’Ethereum, Uniswap est engagé depuis longtemps en faveur du respect des idéaux d’accès sans autorisation, de sécurité et d’immuabilité, pour créer un monde où chacun peut accéder aux services financiers sans crainte de risque de contrepartie ou de discrimination. Son jeton UNI a été créé en septembre 2020 pour rendre cette vision possible. Les propriétaires d’UNI peuvent l’utiliser comme jeton de gouvernance et participer aux décisions sur la façon dont la plateforme est gérée. Puisque les échanges décentralisés comme Uniswap n’ont pas d’intermédiaire, les opérateurs peuvent échanger des jetons directement entre eux.
